Rental Policy — ROOBEN RENTALS

This Rental Policy summarizes the rules that apply to every reservation with ROOBEN RENTALS. Specific vehicles, rates, or pickup locations may add further requirements shown at checkout.

Driver requirements

The primary driver must present a valid driver's license, a matching photo ID, and a payment method in their own name at pickup. Additional drivers must be registered at pickup and meet the same requirements.

Fuel, charge, and mileage

Return the vehicle with the fuel or charge level indicated in your booking. Mileage allowances and overage fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

Cleanliness and smoking

Please return the vehicle in reasonable condition. Smoking and transporting pets outside carriers are not permitted unless explicitly allowed on your booking. Excess cleaning fees may apply.

Late returns

Late returns may incur additional charges and can conflict with the next reservation. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Accidents and breakdowns

In case of an accident, breakdown, or theft, ensure everyone's safety, contact emergency services if needed, and notify ROOBEN RENTALS immediately so we can guide you through the next steps.
