These Terms of Service govern your use of Janes autos and any bookings you place through our website. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must meet minimum age, driver's license, and insurance requirements applicable at the pickup location. We may refuse or cancel a rental if eligibility cannot be verified.

Bookings and payments

Prices, deposits, taxes, and fees are shown at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of booking for both the rental amount and any security deposit.

Use of the vehicle

You agree to use the vehicle safely and lawfully, only within permitted areas, and to return it on time in the condition you received it, with the fuel or charge level indicated in your booking.

Damage, incidents, and fines

You are responsible for damage, traffic and parking violations, tolls, and cleaning costs incurred during your rental, subject to your selected protection and applicable law.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are shown at checkout and depend on the selected rate. Non-refundable rates are clearly labeled.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Janes autos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
